Outsiders was built by someone who has spent 8 years on both sides of the casting table — searching for reliable technical crew, and watching exceptional professionals get overlooked simply because they weren't in the right network.
The fix isn't an algorithm. It's curation, trust, and access — for the people who make the actual film happen.
Founder
Marta Ferrer García

Marta is a dynamic producer with over 8 years of experience across film, series, and advertising in APAC, the USA, and Europe. She has produced and coordinated productions with budgets from €3M to €80M, leading teams of up to 300 people.
Her experience spans all three phases of production — development, production, and post — and has taken her from Lionsgate features to HBO dramas, from Netflix to Paramount Pictures, across four continents.
She mentors emerging writers and filmmakers at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and is an Associate and Delegate of CIMA (the women's association of the Spanish film industry).
